PUTRAJAYA, Jan 17 (Sin Chew Daily) — The prime minister's office announced today that tolls for all highways under PLUS will be reduced by 18% from February 1.

It said in a statement that the highways include the North-South Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Elite Highway, Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, East Coast Expressway Phase 2, Seremban-Port Dickson Highway (SPDH), Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE) and Penang Bridge.

The toll rate will be reduced from 13.6 sen per km to 11.15 sen per km.
