KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 31 (Sin Chew Daily) — The finance ministry announced the latest fuel prices for the week from February 1 to 7.

RON97 will be cheaper by eight sen at RM2.41 per liter, while RON95 and diesel remain unchanged at RM2.08 and RM2.18 per liter respectively.

Meanwhile, finance minister Lim Guan Eng said in a statement today that tolls for all highways under PLUS will be lower by 18% for all private vehicles, buses and taxis, from midnight tomorrow.

However, tolls for commercial vehicles will remain unchanged.

These highways include the North-South Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Elite Highway, Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, East Coast Expressway Phase 2, Seremban-Port Dickson Highway (SPDH), Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE) and Penang Bridge.
