SEREMBAN (Sin Chew Daily) — Following the launch of the third edition of Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards, the working committee will be running a series of talks nationwide and the Seremban stop will see the Negeri Sembilan Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry as the co-organizing unit.

The talk will be held at 10.30 a.m. on March 18 (Wednesday) at the NS Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry's hall.

The NS Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry deputy president said the annual Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards had not only become the most trusted industrial event but also a benchmark for local businesses.

"From the past events we have seen that Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards has been greeted with overwhelming response from SMEs across the country while unearthing a large number of exceptional entrepreneurs and deserving award winners."

He said the award had also won the recognition of government agencies as well as oversea businesses. He hoped SME operators in the state would register for the talk and submit their nominations.

Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards, is divided into eight different categories, and there will be only four stops for the nationwide roadshow, namely in Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Perak and Penang. All talks are conducted in Mandarin. Admission is free..

"Among the speakers at the talk are Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards working committee chairman Lenny Chiah, Grant Thornton Malaysia partner Desmond Tan, Silver Mouse founder CK Wong and CIMB representative Chua Kai Wen.

Cheah and Tan will give a detailed account on the award categories, eligibility, rules and regulations, evaluation criteria, among others while Wong will talk about "Malaysian Manufacturers 3.0: Challenges and Opportunities." In the meantime, Chua will share about digitized banking services.
