KUALA LUMPUR, Mar 16 (Sin Chew Daily) — Muslim preacher Mansur Ismail, who claims to be the leader of the tabligh event held at Masjid Seri Petaling in Kuala Lumpur, urges the participants of the event to visit local hospitals for COVID-19 testing.

The video he posted on YouTube was shared on the Facebook of health minster Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba last night.

The minister wrote that the participants presenting symptoms of the coronavirus or coming into close contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases should go for testing.

"The authorities provide assistance, not punishment. Please don't victimize (mangsakan) other people."
