KUALA LUMPUR, Mar 18 (Sin Chew Daily) — According to the national security council, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, registered traditional medicine shops, veterinary clinics and dialysis centers across the country will operate as usual when the movement control order is in effect.

However, hospital visits are not allowed, unless a patient is critically ill.
