PUTRAJAYA, Mar 24 (Sin Chew Daily) — Foreign minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said the Malaysian government had contacted the government of China to arrange for Chinese COVID-19 experts to come to Malaysia to help local doctors fight the virus.

He said doctors at 26 government hospitals used as COVID-19 treatment centers would hold a video conference with Chinese experts and doctors on this coming Thursday.

He also said the Chinese government had promised to send experts to Malaysia as soon as possible to help Malaysia battle the virus.
