PETALING JAYA, June 19 (Sin Chew Daily) – From the information made available to Sin Chew Daily, PKR's meeting this morning decided not to support the proposed "Mahathir-Anwar" combo, insisting that the party's president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is its only choice for prime ministerial candidate.

PKR central committee members and 38 members of parliament had a special meeting over the Zoom video-conferencing platform at 10:00 this morning. The meeting lasted for more than two hours.

PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil is expected to issue a statement on the outcome of the meeting later today.
