PUTRAJAYA, Oct 1 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 260 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, the highest in more than three months, including one imported case.

Sabah reported the most cases at 118, followed by Kedah at 98. Kuala Lumpur at 14 and Selangor at 13.

To date there are a cumulative total of 11,484  confirmed cases and 10,014 recoveries (including 47 discharged today) at 87.20% recovery rate.

No new death has been reported today.

There are currently 1,334 active cases, including 20 at ICUs, three requiring ventilators.
