PUTRAJAYA, Oct 31 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 659 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including one imported case.

To date there are a cumulative total of 31,548 confirmed cases and 21,248 recoveries (including 1,000 discharged today) at 67.35% recovery rate.

No new death was reported today.

There are currently 10,051 active cases, including 83 at ICUs, 19 requiring ventilators.
