PUTRAJAYA, Nov 19 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 1,290 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including five imported cases.

Sabah reported the highest number of new cases at 660, followed by Selangor (407), Kuala Lumpur (72) and Perak (48).

To date there are a cumulative total of 51,680 confirmed cases and 38,132 recoveries (including 878 discharged today) at 73.8% recovery rate.

Four new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 326.

There are currently 13,222 active cases, including 110 at ICUs, 37 requiring ventilators.
