PETALING JAYA, July 5 (Sin Chew Daily) – As there have been requests from the public seeking early vaccination appointments and vaccine preference, MySejahtera Helpdesk replies that such requests will not be entertained.

A reader has shown the screenshot of MySejahtera Helpdesk's e-mail reply to Sin Chew Daily. She received the reply on Sunday night.

In the reply, MySejahtera Helpdesk said vaccination appointments are given in stages according to certain phases.

"There is no special arrangement or shortcut to secure an appointment, as claimed in a viral message recently.

"Choosing a vaccine type is also not allowed under PICK (National COVID-19 Immunization Program)."
