PUTRAJAYA, July 15 (Sin Chew Daily) – Another record of 13,215 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including 13 imported cases.

Selangor reported 6,120 new cases, followed by Negeri Sembilan (1,603), Kuala Lumpur (1,499), Kedah (695), Johor (599), Penang (509), Melaka (484), Sabah (370), Sarawak (363), Perak (344), Kelantan (255) and Pahang (222).

To date there are a cumulative total of 880,782 confirmed cases and 765,800 recoveries (including 6,095 discharged today) at 86.95% recovery rate.

110 new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 6,613.

There are currently 108,369 active cases, including 885 at ICUs, 432 requiring ventilators.
