KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 (Sin Chew Daily) – A source told Sin Chew Daily after His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong expressed his "utmost disappointment" with the government for revoking the Emergency Ordinances without his consent, it is expected that both minister in the prime minister's department Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan and Attorney-General Tan Sri Idrus Harun will resign to take responsibility.

According to the source, Takiyuddin is willing to quit his cabinet post.

When contacted by Sin Chew Daily, PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said resignation was just a proposal and there was no final decision as yet.
